Migraines and the secret natural solution to treat them!

Afterwards you should drink it immediately and after you drink it you should consume one glass of water. You can repeat the whole process every 10 minutes and in approximately half an hour your migraine will be gone. However, if you think your migraine continues, you should drink the lemonade till you think that you feel better and free of your migraine.
Instead of using any other type of salt, we use Himalayan Salt because it has more nutrients and electrolytes that could treat migraines (magnesium, potassium, sodium). Additionally, lemons are high in vitamin C and also help to treat inflammation and migraine is one type of inflammation. Also, lemons combined with water can reduce stress which can also lead to occurrence of migraine.
